I'm very new to Linux so I'm fumbling along, the output below seems to be whats asked by others when trying to sort network problems so here sudo lshw -C network So my main problem is the low speed wifi connect by cable and I have 24Mbps. The flashing green LED blinking all the time is annoying, not found a way of shutting it down so its had a black sharpie curtain applied! In widows the wifi worked well with good speeds but since installing Mint on a SSD wifi has caused me a few problems like refusing to wake from suspend requiring a reboot to restore operation, fixed that but dont know what I did, maybe an update did it.

Hi, I installed Mint 19.3 Tricia 32bit on my very old D620 recently to hopefully give it a new lease of life, widows 10 was painfully slow which I suspect is due to the age of the hardware.
